  1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
  2. When you submit the business information on our website (to be listed or update the business information), you ensure that all information entered is accurate. It is not entered/posted against the approval of the business owner.
  3. Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
  4. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
  5. TripnHalt.com will not sell, trade or disclose to third parties any information derived from the registration for, or use of, any online service (including names and addresses) without the consent of the user or customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). Trip N Halt will allow suppliers to access the information for purposes of confirming your registration and providing you with benefits you are entitled to.
  6. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
  7. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
  8. Any linked websites in our website are not under our control and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. We are providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the site.
  9. Images shown on our website are only indicative and may not reflect the actual condition.
  10. Special discount on Senior citizen & Ex-servicemen is calculated from sales price. The person must to carry a proof.
  11. Senior citizen & Ex-servicemen offer is not applicable for Luxury tour packages.
  12. You need to inform early for bring your Pets with you. Otherwise Pets are not allowed.
  13. You can apply only one offer at a time. Also the price plan may change based on season time.

Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank account.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation of visit/venture out administrations because of any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we should be told of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be viable from the date we get advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as per the following:

15 Days and above advance notification – 90% refund

Less than 15 days and before 4 days – 50% refund

Less than 4 days and before 24 hours – 20% refund

Less than 24 hours advance notification – No refund

Group Booking – Less than 15 days  – 50% refund

Child Policy:

The Child below 5 yrs will be considered as complimentary. Child from 5 yrs to 11 yrs – 50% of adult rate. Child 12 yrs and above considered as adult. Not valid during festivals and long weekend for packages. Need to carry/show certificate for age proof.

Payments and Cancellation policy (For Luxury Packages)
  • Time : 10 days before Departure 75% will be refund
  • With in 15 days 100 percent will be refunded
  • For Confirmation pay advance as 70% since it is included Train and Air tickets so please pay 100% amount before start the package
