- When you submit the business information on our website (to be listed or update the business information), you ensure that all information entered is accurate. It is not entered/posted against the approval of the business owner.
- Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
- TripnHalt.com will not sell, trade or disclose to third parties any information derived from the registration for, or use of, any online service (including names and addresses) without the consent of the user or customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). We will allow suppliers to access the information for purposes of confirming your registration and providing you with benefits you are entitled to.
- We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
- We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
- Any linked websites in our website are not under our control and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. We are providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us of the site.
- Images shown on our website are only indicative and may not reflect the actual condition.
- Special discount on Senior citizen & Ex-servicemen is calculated from sales price. The person must to carry a proof. And all our discounts are subject to availability on the date validity.
- Senior citizen & Ex-servicemen offer is not applicable for Luxury tour packages and discount applicable on limited basis.
- You need to inform early for bring your Pets with you. Otherwise Pets are not allowed.
- You can apply only one offer at a time. Also the price plan may change based on season time.
- The price listed in the website is tentative and may change while enquiry based on the availability of the packages.
- Some package need minimum persons count for the listed price per Person. If not meet the requirements we applied the cost of minimum persons to the package cost.
- All packages required minimum persons for the listed price, if not the price may change.
Mode of Payment:
You can pay through online banking / UPI transactions to our account we shared. Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank account.
Tour Package Policy:
- Once your booking is confirmed, changes to the vehicle or accommodation / hotel cannot be made.
- Additional requirements, such as extra mattresses or rooms, can be accommodated at an extra cost if feasible.
- All our packages include both accommodation and transfers (cab expenses like toll, parking, state permits, check post fee for vehicle). There are no hidden charges.
- Once packages booked the itinerary can’t be modified for customer convenient. We already recommend and shared you best time saving itinerary and the package cost depends on that.
- We don’t list separate or intending the prices for services like accommodation and sightseeing; everything is included in the total package price.
- The price on the receipt covers only the people listed in the package. Any extra people picked up will incur additional charges based on the extra costs.

- Mostly we accept tour bookings 7 days before the trip date. (Not applicable for vehicle rental).
- We share the itinerary plan only after the tour package confirmed by paying the advance payment.
- For booking a trip, you have to pay 50% of tour cost as advance and rest while pickup is mandatory.

Vehicle Rental Policy:
- All our vehicles rental includes vehicle rent & driver batta, Max km run, Parking and Toll as per the quote we given.
- We get e pass for Ooty / Kodaikanal visit
- Rental package (8 hrs – 12hrs) timing differ from place to place. It depends upon the place and we mention the time and extra cost in the quote.
- The badging of Mukundha Tours & Travels will not found in all vehicle we provide. Some are the names of our partner’s or hired from others based on the booking volume upon mutual agreement and understanding.
- We disclose all price by indexing in the quote, so there is no hidden charges.
- We use A/C only on running time, not in parking.
- Mostly we don’t use A/C in hill stations except Wayanad.
- All payments paid to online mode only.
- The price excludes driver accommodation and the stay location should be in or near the city for safety purpose.
- If the stay location not have a parking facilities means our vehicle will leave for best & safe place that extra KM calculate and additional cost will apply.
- We strictly not allowed our any type of vehicle except Jeep to off roads
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
- In case of cancellation of visit/venture out administrations because of any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we should be told of the same in writing.
- Cancellation charges will be viable from the date we get advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as per the following: Cancellation Policy
Child Policy:
- The Child below 5 yrs will be considered as complimentary. Child from 5 yrs to 11 yrs – 50% of adult rate. Child 12 yrs and above considered as adult. Not valid during festivals and long weekend for packages.
- Need to carry/show certificate for age proof. Sometime child policy applied to the hotel policy that will be intimate you after booking.
