Cancellation Charges:
In case of cancellation of visit/venture out administrations because of any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we should be told of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be viable from the date we get advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as per the following:
- Flat processing charge of Rs. 1000/- per package applicable if cancelled before 30 Days of the trip.
- 21 days prior to arrival 25% retention you
- 15 days prior to arrival 50% retention
- 7 days prior to arrival 70% retention
- Below 7 days 100% retention applied to the tour booking cost.
For some hotels cancellation policy will be as per the hotel policy which will be intimated to you while booking.
Refund Policy
All refund amount will be give back to you in 7-10 business days.
